Our three largest suppliers no longer sell preformed ponds for the following reasons:

  • preformed ponds are harder to install than a liner
  • they are more easily punctured and can NOT be repaired or glued
  • they are more expensive to purchase and far more expensive to ship
  • you are limited to the size, depth and shapes available
  • lifespan is about 8-10 years while a liner should last 50 years.
